SUPPLIER IMAGE USAGE

Hello lovely supplier,

I’m really glad to hear you’d like to use some of my photographs to promote your work. I know how valuable it is to have beautiful, professional images from real weddings, and I’m always happy to support fellow wedding suppliers by sharing them.

You’re very welcome to use the images, so long as the following conditions are met:

Copyright & Permissions

All images remain the copyright of Laura Bareham Photography. I’ll always check with my couples in advance to make sure they’re happy for images to be shared with their suppliers, so if you’re reading this, they’ve given the go-ahead.

How to credit

Proper credit is really important, and helps ensure everyone’s work is acknowledged fairly.

  • On social media: Please include a visible credit in the caption (not just a tag), using @laurabarehamphotography

  • On your website: Please include a byline that says Photograph by Laura Bareham Photography

  • In print: For use in printed brochures or other promotional materials, please get in touch to arrange the appropriate permissions and usage rights.

  • For blog submissions or press features: If you’d like to use the images for a blog or wedding publication (whether it’s yours or an external platform), just check in with me first to make sure it doesn’t clash with anything else in the pipeline.

Editing & Representation

Please don’t edit the images in any way. This includes applying filters, converting to black and white, changing colours, sharpening, or cropping. Instagram’s automatic crop ratios (like 4:5 or 1:1) are the only exception - that’s totally fine.

Please also make sure the photos are always used respectfully and represent the couple and their wedding truthfully. That means no misnaming, misgendering, or misrepresenting the context of the day.

Commercial Use

If you’d like to use the images as part of any paid advertising (like social media ads, banners, or promotional campaigns for a product or service), please get in touch so we can arrange a commercial usage licence.

How You’ll Receive the Files

I will send you a direct link to the gallery via my gallery delivery service. From here, you can download the images you would like to use.
