Fun Lancashire wedding photography at The Out Barn, Clitheroe
The lovely Vicki & Leigh tied the knot at The Out Barn, one of Lancashire’s most stunning wedding venues. I’m such a sucker for this kind of wedding venue - the kind of place where traditional features meet modern beauty, with oodles of windows and stunning light! It’s the perfect setting for relaxed, storytelling-style photography, and The Out Barn certainly didn’t disappoint for this gorgeous couple’s big day.

Vicki and Leigh were such a chilled bride and groom - which was quite impressive considering Leigh was on deployment with the military for the vast majority of the wedding lead up, meaning huge support from friends and family was needed to get everything over the line! It all came together beautifully - the whole day had a fresh, colourful spring theme, filled with bright florals, laughter, and two people who were clearly made for each other.

The bride and groom made full use of The Out Barn’s beautiful wedding prep areas, with Vicki and her bridal party getting ready in the farmhouse and Leigh and his groomsmen enjoying the rustic dressing room. There were dogs galore and super emotional reveals with Vicki’s bridesmaids and her dad.
Their spring wedding ceremony at The Out Barn was absolutely stunning. The soft, seasonal florals and bright spring colours complemented the rustic charm of this modern barn perfectly. The natural stone walls and huge panoramic windows framed the rolling Lancashire countryside, flooding the space with beautiful light that would make any photographer swoon! With heartfelt readings and golden light streaming through the windows, photographing this Out Barn wedding ceremony was a total dream and a real privilege.

Despite a few intermittent showers, we made full use of everything The Out Barn has to offer, from its versatile outdoor spaces and cosy corners to the breathtaking views over the Lancashire countryside, which created the perfect backdrop for some golden hour magic. As the evening rolled in, the celebrations showed no signs of slowing down. Vicki and Leigh kicked off the night with a lively first dance, followed by great music, plenty of laughter, and some seriously impressive dance moves from their guests! It was the perfect ending to a day filled with love, joy, and the most incredible energy.
